Assembly instructions: 1. Remove the two grey plastic legs. The legs are identical but should be inserted so that the ladders are on opposite sides. (See the picture on the front of the box). 2. The cross bar has two identical slots which the legs fit into - push them gently into the gaps. 3. Take the two knobs and push gently onto the protruding axles on the main lifting section (see front box picture).
